Hi, I’m Jaycha. I’m that woman. My hair has always been a touchy subject for me. I’ve tried all the creams and fancy shampoos to try to get my hair to grow long and strong naturally, but nothing worked. I dreamed of having a full head of shiny, voluminous hair to style exactly the way I envisioned. It crushed my confidence to feel like genetics dealt me the opposite.

In my frustration, I reached out to a stylist who recommended hair extensions. I swear hair extensions transformed me inside and out. I felt fierce and unstoppable. It made me want to help every woman feel the same way.

But, there were obvious sacrifices to having the hair I’d always wanted.

The time it took to install and maintain my extensions was almost too much. The idea for Lvl Up salon started when I was on the phone with my stylist setting up not one, not two, but three separate hair appointments to get my extensions ordered, natural hair dyed, and finished look picture perfect. It just isn’t possible for the average woman with constant work, social, and family obligations. I knew there had to be a better way to speed up the process without sacrificing premium quality.

So, I dreamt up a salon experience that would make every client feel like an A-list celeb.
